Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2026. These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Kadhaley Technologies Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Kadhaley, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you disagree with any part, discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility and Verification

You must be 18 years or older to register. We reserve the right to verify identity and request identification. Failure to verify results in account termination.

3. User Conduct

Kadhaley maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. You agree NOT to use the service for illegal purposes, harass or harm other users, post obscene content, solicit money from users, impersonate others, or use automated systems to access our platform without permission.

4. Profile and Content Rules

All profile photos must be of yourself and accurately represent your current appearance. Profile information must be truthful. Misleading profiles result in immediate account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting content to Kadhaley, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for operating our services. This license ends when you delete your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kadhaley does not guarantee finding a match. We are not responsible for user conduct on or off the platform. Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines.
